Admin Building
The building serves the purpose of an administration hub for a metallurgy factory. It is designed in 2 wings - north and south blocks. The north block takes all the office spaces and usable areas while the south block acts as a service block acting like a sun block for the usable areas. The entry to the building is through a reception designed by an artist mimicking a cone swirling open from an edge made completely out of brick. The spaces on the ground floor are imagined to be metal blobs crafted into meeting pods for 4-5 people.

My Role
Overseeing concept development and project management from the architectural office's perspective. Preparing precise technical drawings down to the last millimeter. Coordinating with various material contractors and the on-site execution team to address queries and ensure correct execution. Resolving complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) challenges for the building.
